Consistent quality over time

I've been using Renew and Me for about eight months now, mostly for their personalised night cream and the daily sunscreen SPF 50. This last order was just as smooth as the first few. The subscription service is really convenient; I never have to remember to reorder. My skin has genuinely improved since I started using their products, especially with the tretinoin based cream they formulated for me. Delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days to reach me in Texas, which is pretty standard for international shipping. Their customer support has always been responsive when I've had questions about adjusting my formula or pausing my subscription. It's consistent and reliable, which is why I keep coming back.

Easy to order, good cream

I ordered the 1-2-1 personalised night cream a few weeks ago. The consultation was pretty straightforward, just a bunch of questions about my skin. It arrived quicker than I thought it would, took about a week to get to me. The cream feels nice on my skin, not too heavy. So far, so good!

Good daily sunscreen, slow delivery

I got the daily sunscreen SPF 50. The ordering process was simple enough, and the consultation for my personalised night cream was thorough. The sunscreen itself is really good, doesn't leave a white cast and feels light. However, the delivery for this last order took ages, like 10 days to reach Colorado. I've had faster shipping from other international stores before. The product is great, but the wait was a bit much.

Does anyone know if Renew and Me is actually legit? Like, are their personalised creams really prescription strength?

K Karen L. 1 week ago
Yeah, they're legit. It's not just off-the-shelf stuff; they actually get your formula prescribed based on your consultation. Feels way more professional than just guessing.

My dermatologist actually recommended them when I asked about stronger anti-aging options. So I'd say yes, definitely legitimate.

Does Renew and Me have like a student discount or anything like that? Or just the first month trial?

S Sam J. 3 weeks ago
I haven't seen anything about a student discount, just the introductory offer for the first month. That's usually the best deal they have.

S Sam Hall 3 weeks ago
Nah, I don't think they do student discounts. It's usually just the cheap first month trial and then maybe some referral stuff if you get a friend to sign up.

I saw some ads for Renew and Me, but I live in the US. Do they even ship here or is it a UK-only thing?

R Robert 1 week ago
Nope, sadly not. I tried to sign up from the US last year and they only deliver within the UK. Bummer, I know.

Pretty sure they're UK-based only. I don't think they ship internationally, at least not yet.

I'm thinking about trying Renew and Me but also looked at Curology. Any thoughts on how Renew and Me compares to Curology for anti-aging stuff?

D Danielle L. 1 week ago
I've used both. Renew and Me felt more specifically targeted for menopausal skin, if that's what you're dealing with. Curology is good, but Renew and Me felt more specialized for anti-aging and stronger ingredients.

Renew and Me definitely has a focus on prescription-strength ingredients like tretinoin. Curology is similar in the personalized aspect, but Renew and Me seems to lean into the midlife/menopausal angle a bit more, which might be a differentiator if that's your concern.

My skin is super sensitive. Will the personalised creams from Renew and Me be too harsh or do they cater to sensitive skin?

J Jacob Parker 1 month ago
They ask you about your skin sensitivity in the consultation, and they tailor the ingredients. So they should be able to create something suitable. I have mild sensitivity and my formula is fine.

Definitely tell them about your sensitive skin during the consultation. They use ingredients like azelaic acid and niacinamide which can be gentler, but it's all about getting the right strength for you.
